Les Rendez-vous de l'Alimentation is a week-long event during which you can discover local initiatives and solutions at your fingertips, as well as reflect on and discuss food issues and ways of eating locally.
Here are some ideas for workshops:
- 6 June from 6pm to 8pm: Conference on endocrine disrupters
- 9 June from 2pm to 5.30pm: Fresco on soil and agriculture
- 9 June from 4pm to 7pm: Baking workshop
- 10 June from 9am to 12pm: cooking challenge / starter, main course and dessert for just €5
- 10 June from 10am to 4.30pm: Budget recipes workshop
- 13 June from 10am to 12pm: workshop on deciphering nutritional labels
