Strasbourg loves its students

1st Dec and 12 Dec : RCSA matches against Bordeaux and Marseille
This year, in partnership with the Sports Department of the City of Strasbourg we offer you to attend one of the RCSA's matches at the Meinau stadium! The first game offered is against Stade de Reims. Please note that places are limited and registration is required. 

1st Dec. from 6pm to 7pm: Visit of the 5e Lieu
Le 5e Lieu is a cultural space in the city of Strasbourg, nestled at the foot of the Cathedral. You will discover the exhibition "Un voyage à Strasbourg" which offers a true panorama of the city of Strasbourg, from Antiquity to the 21st century. And as a souvenir, you will leave with small surprise prizes!

11 Dec. at 6pm, 14 Dec. at 8.15pm and 22 Dec. at 6pm : Etoile Noire de Strasbourg matches (ice hockey)
In partnership with the Sports Department of the City of Strasbourg come and attend the Etoile Noire de Strasbourg matches for free. You just have to show your student card at the Iceberg rink before the start of the match to get your seat! (Please note that places are limited to the first 30!).

Until the end of December: Visit with Batorama
The Eurometropole of Strasbourg, in partnership with Strasbourg aime ses étudiants.es and Batorama, offers students the opportunity to discover Strasbourg and its history free of charge on a boat for the tour "Strasbourg, 20 centuries of history" (duration of 1h10 and audio guides broadcasting the commentary of the tour are available in 12 languages). All information on the tour is available here.
Students will be able to book their place until the end of December on all available slots on the Batorama online shop with the promo code SAEfree.
Please note : one free entry per student (subject to availability). A valid student card will be requested before boarding. The ride is done in compliance with the sanitary rules in force.

Dec. 2, 4 and 5 : Concerts by the Strasbourg University Orchestra under the direction of its guest conductor Mauro Mariani :
 - Thursday 2 December at 8.30 pm at the Palais Universitaire in Strasbourg.
- Saturday 4 December at 8 pm at the Saint-Paul Reformed Church.
 - Sunday 5 December at 5pm in the auditorium of the Cité de la Musique et de la Danse in Strasbourg.
 
4, 5 and 6 Dec : Traditional winter concert of the Cohue (University of Strasbourg Choir) 
- Saturday 4 December at 4pm at the Protestant church in Wasselonne, as part of the "Christmas at the castle" weekend  
- Sunday 5 December at 3.30 pm at the Saint-Paul church in Koenigshoffen (Strasbourg)
- Monday 6 December at 8pm at the Sainte-Aurélie church (Strasbourg)

5 Dec : Street bouche corner 
On the square and in the market hall in Neudorf from 11am to 8pm for the second edition of the winter Street Bouche Corners. Free entry - paid food.
 
11/12 & 18/19 Dec. from 11am to 5pm : Colors Corner #1 Edition Schiltigheim
COLORS Corner is an event dedicated to urban art, called The Backyard Edition, in December 2021, in Schiltigheim. The artists present will exhibit in the boxes of a car park in an interior courtyard in Schiltigheim and as a bonus the VJS Crew will come and tag an 11m long wall.

 From 29 November to 8 December, we talk about sexual health without taboos during the Sexual Health Days with the Crous de Strasbourg. On the programme:

At the Atrium, until Christmas, the students of the Perma'Num answer your questions about the digital services of the university useful for your studies. 
 

Until 16 January: Exhibition of the Unexpected Orient, from the Rhine to the Indus
On the occasion of the 150th anniversary of the foundation of the University and the National and University Library of Strasbourg, the exhibition L'Orient inattendu, du Rhin à l'Indus invites visitors to take a fresh look at the history of the city and the region from the perspective of relations with the East and more specifically with the lands of Islam.
Guided tours for individuals on Mondays and Thursdays at 5:30 pm, Saturdays at 11:00 am, by reservation on bnu.fr. 

Media library programme

The network of media libraries in Strasbourg offers a rich and varied programme throughout December. Take part in film debates, DIY Christmas workshops, digital workshops, games, exhibitions, reading clubs, etc.
