Take part in the Strasbourg Historical Museum’s Student Night

👩‍🎓 Ideal candidates: students from all disciplines

📆 The Strasbourg Historical Museum is organising its traditional Student Night on Thursday 22 October, from 7 pm to midnight.

The aim of this evening is to transform the museum into a space for exchange, discovery and socialising, designed by students, for students. We want participants to take ownership of the event by proposing activities, original guided tours, discussions, games, performances or any other ideas likely to spark the public’s curiosity and interest. The evening will also feature a music programme, which can be put together with the help of the volunteers taking part.

To bring this collective evening to life, we are launching a call for participants to recruit around forty volunteers who will help organise and run the event.

Situated in the heart of Strasbourg, on the banks of the River Ill, the Historical Museum traces the city’s history from the Middle Ages to the present day. Through its collections, it invites visitors to discover the many facets of Strasbourg’s history and its development as a regional metropolis and European capital.

The Student Night will be an opportunity to welcome both new arrivals and students already settled into university life in Strasbourg. Through the museum’s collections, we hope to offer them a chance to meet one another and enable them to engage with the history and culture
