 I ride safely

  • You must not ride your bike: with headphones, earphones or headphones, with a mobile phone in your hand or under the influence of alcohol.
  • Your bike must be equipped with: working brakes, lights, retro-reflective devices and a horn. You must wear a reflective jacket on poorly lit roads.
  • When cycling, I respect: the highway code, I avoid cycling the wrong way on cycle paths, I don't go too fast in busy areas, I respect and pay attention to other road users, especially pedestrians.

Beware: cycling infractions are punishable by a fine (€135)!
Check out all the regulations on the securite-routiere.gouv.fr website
