Strasbourg’s culture website
Strasbourg’s culture website is the go-to site for discovering all the latest cultural news.
Here you’ll find:
- a comprehensive calendar of cultural events: festivals, concerts, shows, workshops, exhibitions, talks, guided tours, etc.;

Le 5e Lieu, the cultural hub
Located at the foot of the Cathedral, 5e Lieu offers free guided tours of the city, details of cultural programmes at museums, theatres, the Opera and the Orchestra, as well as cultural information and advice, and a ticket office.
On the first floor, come and explore the permanent exhibition ‘A Journey through Strasbourg’ to discover the city’s architecture and heritage through the ages.
The network of media libraries and the Pass’relle card
The carte Pass’relle is free and allows you to borrow items from the 34 media libraries across the City and the Eurometropolis of Strasbourg: books, comics, magazines, works of art, CDs, DVDs, etc.

Culture for students
La carte culture
The Culture Card is the Alsatian student cultural scheme that gives you access to preferential rates at over 90 cultural partners across Alsace. It also provides access to a programme of free events throughout the year and à la carte art workshops.
La Pokop
La Pokop is a performance venue dedicated to young, up-and-coming artists, which supports student and emerging artists in their projects and encourages artistic experimentation. Enjoy shows at the student rate of €2, as well as residencies and previews.
Crous de Strasbourg
Le Crous de Strasbourg invites you to express your creativity through its student creative competitions (comic strips, photography, short stories, short films, dance, theatre and music). You can also discover the award-winning projects in the ‘Creative Zone’ and take part in weekly cultural activities to develop your artistic practice alongside your studies.

- Strasbourg Philharmonic Orchestra concert at the University: le 24 septembre à 20h30 au Palais Universitaire
- Strasbourg European Fantasy Film Festival: : from 25 September to 4 October in all Strasbourg cinemas and at the Festival Village (Place Saint-Thomas)
- The CROUS and Unistra Cultural Guinguette: : 1 October from 6 pm to 10 pm, Le Portique building on the Esplanade Campus

Strasbourg History Museum
Come and step inside this museum, which is open exceptionally in the evening, to discover a tour full of surprises… Guided tours led by student volunteers, with the evening organised by the Educational and Cultural Department of the Museums of Strasbourg.
