As in previous summers, the City and Eurometropole are recruiting for seasonal jobs in a variety of fields: sport, swimming pools and lakes, culture (museums), maintenance, waste collection, extra-curricular activities, etc. In all, there are around twenty jobs available!

JOB DATING for swimming pools and lakes in the Strasbourg Eurometropole 

Thursday 12 March 2026 at 6.45pm at the KIBITZENAU swimming pool

For the 4th year running, Strasbourg's Eurometropole is organising a Job Dating event to recruit: 
👉 around 120 seasonal jobs to be filled each year (lifeguards, lifeguards, mediators, cashiers)
👉 In addition, 21 lifeguards are due to retire in the next few years, opening up opportunities for long-term employment and career development.

Aims of the event
- To inform young people about seasonal and longer-term employment opportunities
- Facilitate recruitment by answering questions about working conditions (pay, working hours, organisation of schedules, etc.)
- Support young people by presenting:
o initial diploma courses (BNSSA, BPJEPS AAN, apprenticeship),
o refresher courses
o training funding arrangements
o Encourage the retention of seasonal workers and team cohesion.

👉 The event will be attended by:
- Strasbourg Eurometropole recruiters for the 8 swimming pools and 4 lakes
- Training organisations 
- Training funding organisations
