Subscribe to the free Pass'relle card
The Pass'relle card allows you to borrow documents from all 34 media libraries in the Strasbourg Eurometropole, as well as the one in Kehl.
Since 1 January 2026, the Pass'relle card has been free for everyone, regardless of age.
To register:
- Go to one of the media libraries in the network
- On presentation of your identity card
- The subscription is valid for one year.
