Cycle safety
- You can not cycle
: with headphones, earphones or headphones on, with a telephone in your hand or under the influence of alcohol. - Your bike must be equipped with
: functional brakes, lights, retro-reflective devices, a horn, a reflective waistcoat and bike markings or engravings.
